Sriracha Tahini Dressing

Add some spice to your salad or veggie burger with this sassy mix.  Recipe adapted from Keepin It Kind

  • ¼ cup tahini sauce
  • ¼ cup nut milk
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sriracha (if you don’t enjoy spice then use less)
  • lemon or lime juice (fresh or bottled will do)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • pinch of cayenne (optional)

Blend it up in a blender or shake it in a small mason jar.  It’s so good I want to top everything with it!  I recently used this dressing to top my Eggplant Crunch Burger.
